The role of an educator is to nurture the next generation. Opportunity must be give and error must be made during the learning process. It is cruel to simply discard the effort made by a student, and then formulate a shamelessly biased view concerning the ability and future career of this same person. Your legacy, if you have one, will be forever tarnished by your appalling behaviour. You think you are the best and brightest in your field. But in reality, you are nothing but a dying star as your glow gradually disappears. You are a disgrace to your profession and an embarrassment to those who choose to become an occupational therapist. Open your eyes and mind, if you have one, in learning from those who came after you. They are doing a marvellous job in nurturing the development of those who will come after them. A vision that is essential toward the growth of our profession, a vision that you clearly lack.

CU vs PolyU

Started at 1st base and batted second today. 2 walks, scored 2 runs, and reached 1st on a bunt. Didn't really commit an error, though I probably should came up with that ground ball to my right. Felt a whole lot more comfortable playing alongside Kenneth, KL and Mike. Its a wonder the difference a few good players make. Mike was right, maybe I am not made for 1st base......no thanks to my cranky old knees that don't allow me to stretch out like a good 1st baseman should.

Even though we lost the game today, I felt we played the best game of the season. We stood by and encouraged each other till the last out. Its a shame CU came back in the last inning, but hey, we will beat them next year!!!

And by the way, its the first time I have seen the sun while playing at HKU. My god, the view was spectacular.

Two days without touching my notes.......I have almost forgotten how it feels like.

Played ball with Greg yesterday....welcome to the neighborhood old friend!!!
The youth nowadays is all about fancy moves and flashy finishes. For us oldies, its about simple passes, drives, shots and good old fundamentals!!! Who knows....in a few years, only chest pass and hook shots for us!!!

Had a chance to put my knowledge into practical use today.....hope what I did really make a difference....even for a minute or two.

UST vs. PolyU

First time DH today......hit for Ah Pak. Seems like I will be the DH next game also.
3 walks, 3 runs scored. Almost had a bunt single in the end.....
Had a bit of an adventure on the bases today...need to work on that.

And hell, my back feels kind of weird after the SNAFU at 2nd base......(Note to self: Learn how to SLIDE!!!)

All in all, not a bad day at the ball park.

But seriously, the UST guys ain't very good......

Like it or not, exams do have their purpose. Look what happen to all those reflexes and developmental stages we "learnt" last year........ All gone.........

I am really trying to like this person, but seriously, it is a "very tough task".

HSS cup first round today.....victory over the RD.The chemistry was all right in the first half, but the second half wasn't as good. And my shooting is just pathetic.......hope to play better on Tuesday, and eventually, a win over the P.T.

Watched "CRASH" tonight and its really good. Its way of exposing the racial discrimination in America is bold, but truthful. The despair and anguish one feel in such situation......what would you have done?

Is it possible for a wheelchair user to push open a door with ease???
Is this the source of my headache last night???
Why were there only seven students in the tutorial???
Are we just a bunch of lazy-ass???
Or was it because he's such a terrible professor???
What's the point of knowing that PolyU is loaded with physical barriers???
Would the school actually give a damn???

Sigh.........so many questions.........
