The role of an educator is to nurture the next generation.  Opportunity must be give and error must be made during the learning process.  It is cruel to simply discard the effort made by a student, and then formulate a shamelessly biased view concerning the ability and future career of this same person.  Your legacy, if you have one, will be forever tarnished by your appalling behaviour.  You think you are the best and brightest in your field.  But in reality, you are nothing but a dying star as your glow gradually disappears.  You are a disgrace to your profession and an embarrassment to those who choose to become an occupational therapist.  Open your eyes and mind, if you have one, in learning from those who came after you.  They are doing a marvellous job in nurturing the development of those who will come after them.  A vision that is essential toward the growth of our profession, a vision that you clearly lack.
